Hockey Heroes Shine at Local Tournament!
This week, a talented team of Year 5 and 6 pupils from Broomwood Primary proudly represented our school in an exciting hockey tournament. Competing against some tough opponents, the team showed incredible skill, determination and teamwork. The tournament kicked off with a thrilling 1-0 victory against Navigation Primary, with a super goal that sealed the win. They followed it up with an impressive 4-0 triumph over Brooklands Primary, showcasing their attacking prowess. The final match against Stamford Park was a nail-biter, ending in a well-deserved 1-1 draw.
Throughout the competition, our players demonstrated the Broomwood values of commitment and togetherness, supporting each other every step of the way. A huge congratulations to our hockey stars – you’ve done us all proud!
