Please complete this registration form to enable your child to attend any of our wraparound sessions.

Bookings must be made via Parent Pay and paid in advance, by Thursday the week prior to any bookings required. 

Late bookings need to be made via Xpressions, phone call or email to the school office: [email protected]. Or via The Den phone: 07590642771 for After School Club.


Sessions Available


Breakfast Club - 7.45am - 8.30am - £4.50

After School Club - 3.10 - 5.15pm - £7.00


Bookings may be changed up to 24 hours prior to the session by contacting the school office or Den phone. 

No changes can be made within 24 hours of the session and will be charged in full with no refund provided.

All school policies and procedures are in place during all wraparound sessions, including those regarding behaviour.

A charge will be levied for late collection. A fee will be applied for late collection from 5.20pm onwards of £1 per minute per child. Charges will be added to ParentPay by the end of each week.

Food is not provided at After School Club, so please ensure children bring in appropriate snacks and a drink in a named bag or lunch box when attending.
