IMPORTANT INFORMATION

This Application for Access Arrangements form must be submitted by the deadline of 12 midday on Monday 8 September 2025 and will be considered in line with current JCQ guidelines http://www.jcq.org.uk.

Please be advised that no access arrangements can be offered to any child for the Entrance Test unless this form AND the supporting evidence are received by the deadline given. 

Please now submit this form and send copies of all supporting evidence to the Admissions Officer at the school chosen as the preferred place at which your child will sit the entrance tests. 

For testing at Parkstone Grammar School, evidence should be emailed to [email protected] or posted to: The Admissions Officer, Parkstone Grammar School, Sopers Lane, Poole, Dorset, BH17 7EP, to be received by the deadline of 12 midday on Monday 8 September 2025.

ANY MEDICAL CONDITION THAT OCCURS AFTER THE DEADLINE THAT MAY AFFECT YOUR CHILD’S PERFORMANCE IN THE ENTRANCE TEST, PLEASE ENSURE YOU INFORM THE ADMISSIONS OFFICER OF THE SCHOOL WHERE YOUR CHILD IS SITTING THE ENTRANCE TEST.
