Y5/Y6 Permission to Walk Home from School Form Feb 2023

In order to prepare for transition to high school many children in Year 5/6 start to walk home after school. Please complete the permission below.

If you do not complete this form your child will not be released from the school until an adult is here to collect them.

Completion of this form does not give consent for pupils in Y5/6 to be given responsibility for walking younger siblings home. For safety reasons all pupils from N-end of Y4 need collecting by a responsible adult who is a named contact or for whom a named contact has given permission to (via email to [email protected]).

This permission only applies at 3.10pm. If you wish your child to walk home from an after school club, you will need to advise the school/club provider.
